Aside from the quality work, what I liked most about dealing with SosaCorp is that they knew my budget and never once came back to me for additional money. The owner, Luis, went above and beyond not only with the quality of work, but was and still is very responsive. Most contractors go silent once they get a contract, but Luis communicated daily never keeping us in the dark. SosaCorp also exceeded my expectations with the time line. Every contractor I spoke with stated that material alone was 4-6 weeks out and "we're looking like 3 months until completion". Luis started within a week of the signed contact and the work was 85-95% complete within one week. Keep up the good work! I look forward our next project.
